:ninjabattle: Hello Everyone! This here is a Fan Club for the band Asian Kung-fu Generation (frequently referred to as Ajikan, AKG or AKfG). For those of you who do not know, Asian Kung-fu Generation is a popular Japanese Rock/Pop band. In their early days they played in a more J-Indie style. Now, as they've gotten older, they focus more so on a J-pop and J-rock kind of sound. Though if you ask any Ajikan fan out there, they are likely to tell you that Ajikan does not belong to any one genre, for they have play almost everything :3 :cd:

:worship:MEET THE BAND:worship:

:love: Gotoh Masafumi- Lead Vocalist and Guitarist. He has a unique voice and, when combined with the whole band, an entirely unique sound.

:music: Kensuke Kita- Back-up Vocalist and Lead Guitarist. His riffs are made from heaven :D

:thumbsup: Yamada Takahiro- The Bassist of the band. He's the guy with the spiked hair and the laid-back look. An awesome Bassist if I do say so meself.

:pokeball: Ijichi Kiyoshi- The Drummer of this holy group. He once played for another band but switched over to Ajikan when they were still a young band. An excellent example of his drumming genius can easily be found in the song "Blue Train".

:eyepopping:HOW MIGHT YOU KNOW THESE DUDES?:eyepopping:

You might be saying to yourself, "Why should I join this club? I've never even heard of Masa-what from Asian Kung-fu something-or-other!" Well, here's where you might be wrong. Ajikan has done the theme songs for several big animes. Ever heard of Naruto? What about Fullmetal Alchemist? How about Tekkon Kinkrurito? Well, Ajikan did the "Haruka Kanata" theme for Naruto which became a huge hit, the last opening theme for FMA, "Rewrite", and the theme song for the movie Tekkon Kinkurito. I believe they're all hosted on YouTube for anyone who wants to check them out.

Recognize them now? Good. Now Love the band, breathe the band, share the band.

Oh Man Oh Man! Okay, Ajikan just released a new PV for their song "After DArk" after the same-titled single coming out this month :D ZOMG, SO CUTE! Gocchi got new glasses, too, but they make him look older TT^TT Haha, oh the vanity in it all >< All the boys look like they got new "doo's" so check them out [link] :3
Also, they debuted their second song off of the single "Yuigahama Kite" on their radio show, you can preview on our affiliated site [link]
Well, I'm really excited for this single to come out just as I hope you all are as well :D And now that my College apps are in I can focus a bit more on timely updates with this club, haha. So forgive me for being slow XD
